Program Overview
Friday April 3
4:00 pm - On-site registration opens, uploading of presentations.
6:00 pm – Welcome Reception featuring Live Music and complimentary food and cocktails.
8:00 pm – Raffle & drawing. You must be in attendance to win.
Saturday April 4
7:00 am - On-site registration opens
8:00 am - Plenary session
9:00-9:15 am – Visit with exhibitors
10:30-11:30 am - Coffee break and technology workshops with exhibitors.
11:30-12:30 pm- Financial Workshop
1:00 pm - Lunch (on your own). There are many great food options in very short walking distance.
1:00 pm - Business meeting for GAARRC faculty.
2:00-3:30 pm- Abstract Presentations
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm - Point of care US workshop (separate registration requested so we can plan accordingly). You don’t want to miss this highly educational “To see when you can’t see”. Live models; compare ultrasound images to real organ specimens.
Evening entertainment is abundant in short walking distance, with great restaurants, bars and live music. Springing the Blues Festival at Jacksonville Beach is on April 3rd-5th.
Sunday April 5:
7:00 am - Breakfast with exhibitors.
7:30 am - On-site registration opens.
8:00 am - Abstract presentations.
10:00 am - Coffee break with exhibitors.
10:30 am - Abstract presentations.
12:30 am - Awards banquet. Monetary prizes for 1st-3rd place.
